The words to describe my dissatisfaction have not yet been invented. The signage spoke of ice custard happiness but I find myself far from happy, the vapid so called custard leaves me wanting, the staff was most vexing and from no fault of my own, even the menu left me truly nonplussed. Over all this place has me very miffed. Sincerely someone stuck on the toilet from rancid custard.
PLEASE encourage staff to wear a hair/beard net. I’d eaten half of this gelati, just to find this hair stuck in the middle. I’m not mad, but this is absolutely disgusting and a huge sanitation issue.
Love the frozen custard. The drive thru is fast and the have no inside seating. It is on the side of the road going north, so when getting to it from the south side of the road you need to drive past and make a u turn.

I have visited the store twice in the past month and will definitely be returning! Friendly and efficient staff in fulfilling my rather large orders! Keep the banana custard coming!
