Great Italian ice as usual!
Way too expensive. The frozen custard is okay and we went because we had gift cards, but I wouldn't go back.
This location is super clean and the staff is so sweet and friendly! The twist frozen custard was absolutely delicious, although it was totally missing being dipped in hot chocolate! The shaved ice my niece and nephew got was also delicious, but the artificial food coloring (and most likely artificial flavoring) in it is out control! Just can't in good conscience feed this to the kids again! But overall, great experience!
MT. AIRY Rita's was different then the Rita's in Frederick. The manager offered to give me a free pup cup for my fur baby with no charge. It's also inside, air-conditioned, friendly, and cool. This location is opened year round and doesn't close in the winter. Of course, Rita's CUSTARD is mouthwatering.
