What is going on with portions here? The lady barely put ice cream in my cup and my son had his filled by a different worker and it was a normal portion. The lady who made mine even said to the girl who made my son’s right in front of us, “wow, that’s more like a large” which I thought was rude considering it wasn’t and I paid $13 for my order. I love Rita's, however it is very expensive. Therefore you expect quality when you visit. I recently went to the Zieglerville Rita's. Two very nice young ladies took my order. They, unfortunately, were not properly trained. They made numerous mistakes with our order. We were able to catch the mistakes before our order was handed to us. The the reason for the low score is because when the bag of hot fudge needed to be replaced, they had no idea how to do it.
