What a great experience! We had the Rita's truck at my daughter's graduation party today and they went above and beyond!!! The staff was excellent along with everything they did for my daughter! Best rita's experience i ever had!
We stopped at 9:30 and they were closed. The sign says EVERY DAY open until 10!
By far the worst experience I had at a Rita's. I waited 15 minutes and it was 3 people in line including myself. Then they gave me a Gelati filled with syrup. It was no ice. No ice cream at the bottom. It was like a warm soupy mess. Never ever again. How do you mess up Rita's?
I literally was at Rita’s with my friends and I asked this lady if she knows how to make it because it looked different. My friends had the same thing so I didn’t know if it was the right thing and she started having an attitude but kept it quiet and her face just looked paranoid bc I said that and she went to make my ice cream and then gave it to me and acted normal…I’m scared to go back now (I edited it bc I didn’t know how to say it)
