Rita’s is awesome but this location continues to disappoint. Runs out of ice flavors and has very limited options. Compared to other Rita’s it is poorly managed. This location needs new management.
I was at Selinsgrove Rita’s today. Three large custards to go. Almost 16 dollars! Barely filled to the top and when I questioned it the manager and staff laughed and told me 4 1/2 swirls is a large. I come here weekly and never have been so disrespected. In today’s economy businesses keep lowering amounts and increasing prices. They lost a long term customer today but pretty sure they didn’t care. I found it unkind and honestly sad.
