I believe this place hasn't gotten the attention it deserves; not many people go down these side streets as often as they do walk along the main strip. I also think this is one of the reasons people have complained about customer service; if people aren't coming in, it's understandable that people would be caught off guard when people come in, but if no one greets you, I can understand the frustration. I indulged in a hot fudge sundae, and it was incredibly delicious! The store was immaculately clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. My friend and I enjoyed a leisurely conversation for over an hour, and we never felt any pressure to vacate our seats. It was a delightful and relaxed experience!
Terrible customer service. Walked in and was not greeted, 2 young girls were working and made eye contact with us. Had to initiate the hello with no response. Had never been before and asked a question that was answered with a one word response. Should’ve walked out at that point. It’s unfortunate this will be the first and last visit to Rita’s winter garden. Three stars cause it wasn’t busy and flavor was pretty good.
We enjoyed the fudge Sunday we had. Service was good. It a little off the main drag so it's not to busy.
