This is our go-to spot because it is in a nice area. However, they manage their pretzel baking very poorly and aren't the most friendly about having to make them. There rarely seem to be any or enough made. When you see they are getting close to sold out, that should be the signal to put more in. Most times the bin is empty and there wasnt even any thought into baking more, and by that time, it's a 15 min wait for them. This has to be better proactively managed and just takes a little communication between the workers.
