Disappointing experience and I felt bad for the young lady who served us. My family and I went in an hour before closing, it was pretty busy and more patrons were coming in. One young lady, i think her name was Andy, was the only one serving and helping customers while the other employee was busy shutting off the machines and dumping ice out limiting our choices. Bad place
I have always enjoyed visiting this Rita’s location and usually leave happy — but tonight was an absolute disappointment. We walked in at 9:45 PM, well before the posted closing time, only to be told they would not serve us Italian ice. This was especially frustrating because we could clearly see the tubs of ice out and ready. If the store is open, customers should be served. Closing early without explanation — and while product is visibly available — is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for loyal customers. It’s o... read more
