Went to Rita’s last night, there was a boy with shoulder-length hair, beautiful, but it should have been tied back when working around food. I was grossed out. If your hair is able to reach your shoulders, it should be tied back or in a hairnet net. I’m not sure the health department would approve.

I have edited my review. I went to this place thinking I would have a nice gelati but INSTEAD I FOUND PLASTIC inside of it. If I had not detected it in my mouth, I would have swallowed it. I am extremely infuriated by this event.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Rita’s Ice Cream, specifically at the Exton location. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. There were three employees visibly rushing to close and putting things away well before the 9 PM closing time. I arrived to get custard, only to find the machine had already been unplugged mind you all before 9 PM.
