I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Rita’s Ice Cream, specifically at the Exton location. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. There were three employees visibly rushing to close and putting things away well before the 9 PM closing time. I arrived to get custard, only to find the machine had already been unplugged mind you all before 9 PM. I just had the best experience at Rita’s thanks to Tristyn! She went above and beyond with her amazing customer service and super friendly attitude. Her lovely smile made my day, and the Reese’s Mudslide she made for me was absolutely perfect, delicious and exactly what I needed. Tristyn is a gem and definitely makes Rita’s even sweeter!
