I was the only customer and felt like I was a bother.
Not only did the lady have almost an hour and a half lunch break not even 30 minutes later she went to the restroom for another hour and 30 minutes and there was a guy in there with her I believe was her boyfriend. I think it’s unacceptable and I’ve seen multiple customers walk away so you guys are losing service. This is on 4/25/25
when we first got here we had to wait an hour for their lunch break, but who has their lunch break at 630pm? then not even 30 mins later they had a bathroom break for more then a hour. their are people waiting outside and people are walking away.
Incredibly mid. The flavor options weren’t good, my man and I both had a hard time finding a flavor we wanted. Todays flavors on the board weren’t even correct, I finally opted for Apple Pie and it literally tastes like Breyers vanilla with a couple of pieces of apple pie here and there. Took a few bites and was done with it. We were looking forward to our sweet treat & It was so bland and disappointing for both of us. Will pass on this place in the future.
