Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.. very well and prepared
Ok to start off the ice cream IS DELICIOUS and the cone is very good but a little stale but it’s really good and creamy. Second, the environment is poor. I swear there was a McDonald’s drink bag and open sauce on the floor and I stepped in it aswell as a cigarette not even smushed it was still lit and smelt horrible. Third, the girl that served us looks 11 and she was super akward and we have to say stuff 2 times for her to hear us and was charging 6 dollars a cone when the menu clearly says 5.45 OUTRAGEOUS!!
Don't bother going here. The menu reflects multiple items they never have
Last time I went to Rita's one of the girls were very rude and got in my face every time I've gone to Rita's. These children are always rude. This last time I went, I decided that was the last time I would ever go. And my kids love this place. But because of the rudeness, I won't go anymore. And I probably spent about forty dollars every time I went between my kids and my dogs. Has a mellow vibe as you enter into the store, wonderful icecream! Reeses is the best here when you order a concrete. Definitely recommend!
