The amount of attitude from the 2 employees(loose term) working at the kiosk tonight is quite sensational. They could probably make more orders correct the first time and not have to waste so much product, if they could get off their phones. For serving ice and custard, it's really a struggle for them. They would probably be great served by being in the store and not in their own, doing their own thing, at the kiosk

I’m very confused and disappointed with our experience. We ordered two sundaes, but they were rung up as two cones. The sundaes are supposed to come with two toppings, yet we were charged separately for each topping. Additionally, my husband ordered a large, but we received what appeared to be the same amount of ice cream as a small. When I politely questioned the cashier about the charges, she responded with an attitude rather than addressing the concern.
The Reeses Cup Mudslide is so delicious. Thank you for the tasty ice cream!
