Charlotte location had no vanilla or chocolate water ice and NO sample other flavors. I left disappointed.
I LOVE the gelati at Rita’s. Before coming here, I honestly had no idea frozen desserts could taste like this. The ice cream elsewhere is… just… ice cream. Like, it might be good, but also, I can get ice cream at the grocery store along with milk, eggs, diapers, Gatorade, and so on. Gelati, on the other hand, is an experience - and I don’t know why, but for me at least, Rita’s frozen custard and gelati are just so much more satisfying than any ice cream I’ve had anywhere else.
