I ordered off Grubhub and for some reason it picked this location which is pretty far from me and I wouldn’t have gotten a driver. I tried to contact Grubhub about canceling and they refused so I called the store, the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and respectful and tried to help me.. then the manager got on the phone and she was very rude, I felt bad because I do understand they lose the money but it genuinely wasn’t my fault.
