I went because my mom wanted waterice and we kept putting it off. When we get there, the lightskin girl at the counter (we went around 5pm last weekend) didn't seem like she wanted to even be there. I ordered a gelati (only speaking on mine since that's where my issue lies) in which Rita's ALWAYS makes them five layers and boasts about them being different compared to the traditional three. $7.00 for this?!? This is what Rita’s considers to be a large sundae. Barely any ice cream. I threw the small honey bottle in for reference. It was supposed to be vanilla custard, not vanilla ice cream. There wasn’t even a line. You had one job and failed. Rita’s has really gone downhill.
