7/1: Kudos to the teenager working today (blue shirt and red visor!) who handled a very unreasonable/difficult customer(s) at her window (looked like a mom/daughter duo who sounded like cheap bullies, looking for free items!). She handled these difficult customers with grace and poise. The audacity of the (adult!) customer to talk down to this young lady - then threaten to call corporate as she was walking away - was truly WILD to witness. Wow, I just paid $8 for this “large” cone - it’s the equivalent of a small anywhere else. Go to Brusters and get about three times as much for the same price and the product is much better!
