The staff is great but the actual ice cream and water ice is either sold out or bad.

I'm currently serving in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. It has been a tough drill weekend so far because two of my best mentors/friends are leaving my unit. Today I was feeling a little down, but then I stopped by this Rita's location on my way home. The server Rachel, seeing me in uniform, gave me my Blendini for free. This truely made my day better. I live down the street and have been to this Rita’s multiple times and never had an issue. The staff is always sweet and obviously work hard. However, I highly recommend not ordering the ice cream sandwiches… they are made ahead of time, which is odd to me. If you can put custard on a cone, you can put it on a cookie. It was so extremely hard that both my husband and I could not physically bite it.
