Rude/racist customer service. Worker seemed friendlier towards families that were Caucasian. She as well filled only a portion of the size of the concrete ice cream cup, along with my family members. Piss poor effort to make our food items
Amazing location , great ices , good people beautiful area , and to top it off Ellen is so amazing I love her I go in there for the ices but mainly to see her great person with a kind heart .
Rita's Italian ice, great place and great customer service, right across from the beach. I really love coming to this place. Looking forward to stop by again
Store suppose to close at 22:00. We came there at 21:40 and the guy said they were closed. Everything was cleaned because he wanted to go home early probably! Very bad service as we have been traveling for 20 minutes to get there. There are better shops around.
