My husband and I are on the search for the best soft serve custard. Today, 8/15/25 @ 7 pm after struggling to find a parking we were received by an empty store. We yelled out a few times. After 5 minutes a girl pops out and not so much as a Hello, horrible attitude and the worst face ever. I told my husband i wanted no part in the experience since she ruined it! We had the sugar free pink lemonade italian ice which tasted amazing! Not too sweet, so if you aren’t a fan of sweet I recommend that. The staff is very sweet and friendly.
Ritas is one of my favorite places to go cool down at when im at the beach, the service there is always good and an employee I hold dear to my heart, Jahriah. ALWAYS puts her best foot forward making my cookies n cream concrete. She makes it soso good !! I will say sometimes when I come in there is a lady, I think her name is Dearika ( Probably spelled wrong). She seems to have an attitude almost every time she works.
