2nd time coming to this location. Love the place it’s right at las olas. Got the Concrete. Felt a little shorted as it was almost an inch below the cup tip. Also, was very melted by the time I made it across the crosswalk. I know it’s Florida and it’s hot but basically had to drink it lol. $17 for two ice creams just expect a little more here. Last time I got the concrete the peanut butter sauce made it way too rich.
Unfortunately, I went to Ritas yesterday, and the girl who served me wouldn't let me add the tip; she had the nerve to add it herself. I love Ritas, but she added $9.62 tip for $13 ice cream. If she had asked me, I would have given her the tip without a problem, but trying to take advantage of it like that disappointed me. Attached you can see the transaction so you can find it better
