I am highly disappointed with my recent experiences at this Rita’s location. Yesterday, we arrived 30 minutes before closing with only two guests ahead of us. Those guests asked for a slushy and were told the machines were already turned off for the night. Since a slushy is my usual order, I had to settle for a mango ice instead. This is a recurring issue—two weeks ago during the middle of the day, I was also told the machine "wasn't working." First time at this location and the dessert was everything I expected it to be very delicious. There were 2 young ladies making the sweet treats which they rushed us and were a little attitudinal about getting us what we wanted. I also couldn’t help but notice that one of the young ladies was there working with her butt cheeks hanging out the bottom of her shorts. super friendly staff! love how clean the place is and the italian ice is always yummy. :)
