Are you cutting back on using your products. I ask because I’ve gotten Swedish fish favored water ice twice so far and have yet to taste anything. It’s just colored water ice. I never had that issue with Rita’s in Pennsylvania. I’m going to try the one in Salisbury, MD so that I can compare them. Something is off with the favoring for sure, happened with the Mango as well, no real favor.

I had a great experience at Rita’s Italian Ice! The treats were delicious, and the service was outstanding. Nate was especially helpful, friendly, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Employees like Nate are the reason customers keep coming back. Highly recommend Rita’s Italian Ice, and a big thank you to Nate for making our visit so enjoyable!

I know it’s early in the season but they need more help. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting the other day. I’m glad the Dairy Queen is back open and Cold Stone is coming because their prices are too high for that. I used to love Rita’s but their service has gone down hill.
