Asked if my coupon code would work for an item was told yes (manager was next to employee during the conversation), check out to find it wasn't covered. Asked for correction and manager says that's not a gelati that's a gelati sundae. Okay then why tell me it's covered when it's not. Unprofessional. Unaccommodating. I'll go to a different location. Gelati sundae was a mess to eat and watery half way through.
