The staff member that is there (a woman) is extremely rude. I stopped visiting this location since last summer because of how rude she is. I came again, after a year, and same thing, she is extremely rude and disrespectful. I will no longer spend my hard earned money here. This is a shame to the Ritas Franchise. I have been to many Ritas in various states and no one is as rude as the woman at this location.

I visited Rita’s Italian Ice last night around 7:10 PM, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. There was a long line, which I didn’t mind at first, but while waiting 10–15 minutes, I noticed a few concerning things. First, the store had an unpleasant smell, which already made me question the cleanliness. What really turned me off was watching the employee preparing orders.
