Horrible experience and will not be coming here again. I was happy and also late to learn there was a Rita’s near me. I decided to take my niece there to get some custard and Italian ice. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and the owner (I am assuming the owner based on the other reviews) was tending to another customer. I was reading the options to my niece and telling her the different flavors they had. Manager very rude. Smaller than usual portions. Never coming back to this location.

The staff member that is there (a woman) is extremely rude. I stopped visiting this location since last summer because of how rude she is. I came again, after a year, and same thing, she is extremely rude and disrespectful. I will no longer spend my hard earned money here. This is a shame to the Ritas Franchise. I have been to many Ritas in various states and no one is as rude as the woman at this location.
