They got the worst customer service. Kids working behind the counter are extremely rude. Always out of flavors and constantly giving attitudes.
i basically come here every week and get the same thing every time, a cotton candy gelati with rainbow sprinkles. i absolutely love this place so much, but i couldn’t help but notice this time the sprinkles look different. different colors, longer. i tried it not expecting a big difference. at first they were just a little bit crunchier, but as i got to the after taste it was absolutely HORRIBLE. i was so disappointed i had to scrape all of them off. it tasted like spray paint but worse. i cant even describe how disgusting i... read more
Always love some Rita's! They have many different flavors and combinations. I especially like the chocolate custard with chocolate fudge(hot of course) with chocolate jimmies. They're military friendly, get a discount with ID. Today I went with a strawberry custard with strawberry topping. Amazing!
