I recently stopped by Rita’s and tried the apple butter milkshake, and I’m so glad I did! It was smooth, creamy, and full of delicious apple-butter flavor—definitely a great choice if you enjoy seasonal treats. The customer service made the experience even better. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was prepared just right. I had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend stopping by Rita’s to try the apple butter milkshake for yourself!

So as a resident of this town for the last 34 years. I’ve come to this establishments often. Every time I come here, recently the custard amounts have varied and the cup is 3/4 of the way full. For those prices they should not be skimping on product. I go to Rita’s in Delaware and the amounts are filled to the Top. Management needs to evaluate their employees better. I will consider not returning to this location.

Genuinely happens EVERY time I mobile order. I stand there for a good 20 minutes before I have to ASK FOR THE ORDER. I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF YOUR SIGN FOR MOBILE ORDERS!!!!!!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF IT BEING THERE IF NO ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION?
