I’ve been a Rita’s customer for years, and the difference in quality compared to a few years ago is honestly shocking. Rita’s used to have a smooth, soft texture with strong, refreshing flavor. One of the things that made it stand out was the real fruit pieces mixed throughout the water ice. Unfortunately, what I had today was nothing like what Rita’s used to serve. Main problem is lack of variety of water ice. Many times they had no chocolate. To me, a staple. Often only 5 or 6 flavors. Location in Rockledge far, far superior
