Went to Rita's to get a gift card. And they weren't open. Even though the sine says open at 12:00 noon. 12:30 still no one there
Regardless of what time or day you go, the staff does whatever it can to rush you, then subsequently not fulfill the order correctly. They’re in whatever rush they can be so they can return to doing whatever it is they do in the back. Go anywhere else!
