I used to like Rita’s a lot but soon discovered there are much better options around. My problem is that this Rita’s hasn’t had LIME flavored ice in TWO YEARS. I have been waiting. Every time I go to check, nothing, so I get something else. Anyways, I got an e-mail stating they have frozen lemonade and frozen limeade. I just went to ask for some. The boy said they don’t have that. The girl says oh they do but not lime. WHERE IS THE LIME? WHAT’S THE PROBLEM!? IT’S SUMMER. LIME AND COCONUT IS A MUST. Get it together, Rita.
** Edit: Kudos to the owner for making a change based on feedback. Leaving the lobby lights on with a sign on the door makes a huge difference. Ritas was nice and busy around 8pm with this change. Thank you for listening :) 3 stars because I really do love Ritas custard. However, last time I went, the girl at the counter was too busy chatting and getting a free meal from her friend next door at Jersey Mike's rather than tending to paying customers. Twice they cancelled my order online for no apparent reason. I was actually looking forward to this after a long work week. I won't be giving this place my business (not like they have given me the chance).
