The overall environment would have been pleasant except for a certain employee, didn’t get her name, was rude, had a bad attitude, and the customer service was awful. Overall bad experience. The ice was very mid. Wouldn’t come here again. Would have given zero stars if i could.
Last night, on 9/01/2024, my friends and I went to Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard at 9461 Harding Ave, hoping for a better experience after the disappointing and discriminatory encounter I had at a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately, we were met with more unprofessional and rude behavior. When we kindly asked the two ladies working there if they had a bathroom, they responded rudely, saying it wasn’t working.
