I want to start by saying i love Rita’s but i avoid this one. The girls that work there are snotty and rude. My son got an ice that literally had no flavor. I asked the girl to get a different flavor and she looked at me, walked away, took a spoon tried it and said “tastes fine to me” and rolled her eyes. So much attitude. It was plain crushed ice. Also, they don’t accommodate for peanut allergies like EVERY other RItas does. Maybe they are just lazy. Never again.
The ice cream is very creamy and delicious
I brought my dog for a pup cup and they put a 3 inch squirt of custard onto a lid and handed to me and said that will be $1.25. In the past, they put it in a cup with peanut butter and a dog bone. The girl training the new hire was the one who made it so cheaply.
