This is my first time ordering from this location and I spent $25 on two large Sundaes ordering on GrubHub and not only was my order late, but they gave 2 Small Sundaes instead of large Sundaes that I ordered and paid for. Also, they didn't even put a spoon in the bag. I order from the Woodbridge location all the time and my order has never been messed up, especially how do you give the wrong size? Lake and the Edison Rita’s team were very helpful in setting up a catering service at our picnic event. They were on time and very professional. All of our guests enjoyed having italian ice to cool off after a long day in the sun at the park. We would definitely get catering again for our next outdoor event!

I had previously written a negative review however, I have deleted it due to the fact that it was responded to kindly and almost immediately. Nothing special was offered to me other than a heartfelt apology and and offer to carry flavors I prefer. I won't request anything extra and they didn't offer me anything which to me shows that they, as well as I operate with integrity. Well done!
Haven't been to this location in a while. Pulled up to drive-thru waited for someone to come to the window. There was no sign indicating it wasn't open. Two employees walked by the window, one even looked me in the eyes then walked away. Apparently the don't care about communicating with customers. Ignoring your customers is poor service. I left and won't be going back.
