I had a really disappointing and honestly gross experience at the Rita’s Ice Cream in Hilliard. I ordered a brownie ice cream. The first worker gave me a brownie ice cream that was completely frozen, another worker just grabbed my brownie with her BARE HANDS.NO GLOVSE.!!!!held it for a moment, and then wiped her fingers on her clothes before continuing to touch my food again—STILL WITHOUT GLOVES.
