I just left here and I’m so pleased. Simple quick and friendly encounter with a pleasant employee. Loved my icee with custard on top !!
This is probably the 10th time I’ve come to this ice cream shop. The ice cream is great. that’s not the problem. The issue is the same employee who always attends us. He’s consistently rude and seems upset every time we go. At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he was having a bad day. But after 10 visits, it’s clear this is just how he treats people. This time, he was even unpleasant toward my son, and my husband had to talk to me about it afterward because it really bothered us.
