I love Rita's. We moved from MD where they were on every other corner lol. When got here there was one in Spring Hill however it closed so now we have to travel towards Tampa just to get some.
Did not like the frozen custard. The cookie sandwich was Meh- cookie was so frozen and hard you couldn’t take a bite of it-trashed it, atmosphere is also not great. Overall mediocre at best, wouldn’t come back.
March 20, 2025 Loaded up the boys at stopped to get the first day of spring free Dairy Queen cone and Rita’s Italian Ice. Got the boys each a pup cup! 🐾🍦Sadly that night and the next couple days Bronco was sick! Thankfully he recovered after 3-4 days! We also got a free sandwich in the Chick Fi La app so we stopped for a drink and free Sandwich for lunch! 🥪 Got a free Italian ice dragon fruit and lemon on a free day and we got 2 pup cups!
Lauren is hands down the best worker there. She’s always super friendly, quick with orders, and somehow keeps everything running smoothly even when it’s busy. You can tell she actually cares about customers and makes everyone feel welcome. Plus, she always gets the orders right and somehow makes the ice cream taste even better. Honestly, if you go to Rita’s, you hope Lauren is working because she just makes the whole experience better. Give her a raise already
