Lauren is hands down the best worker there. She’s always super friendly, quick with orders, and somehow keeps everything running smoothly even when it’s busy. You can tell she actually cares about customers and makes everyone feel welcome. Plus, she always gets the orders right and somehow makes the ice cream taste even better. Honestly, if you go to Rita’s, you hope Lauren is working because she just makes the whole experience better. Give her a raise already

Afternoon! Employee named Beckett via name tag has black marker on all of his nails which is a safety hazard and violation to food. I'm a loyal customer to Rita's and not everyone wears a name tag but this location and the one on court street are common go to locations for me, but seeing workers with black marker on there nails and restocking spoons by the part I put my mouth is distasteful, I'd prefer to not see my order being made if It involves employees like Beckett touching the spoon face by there hands and making order... read more
