For two years now, the service is unfairly poor. I waited with two children for 20 minutes to place an order , and would have left if not for them. One person working after school hours is outrageous. Also $6.50 for a vanilla cone with sprinkles is greed, and unaffordable for many.
I just came home from Crofton Rita’s and found a long piece of black hair in my Italian ice blue raspberry today, my hair is blonde for reference. I find this extremely gross and will not be eating the rest of the ice. As someone who used to be in food and hospitality, the workers should be using hair nets or at least have their hair pulled up in a baseball cap. Called the store and never got anyone to answer the phone.
