Terrible customer service!!! Called multiple times to place an order for 75 seniors. Finally got a call back from the owner and placed my order. Nobody showed up with the ices. When I called to find out where they were, it took over a half hour to get a call back and then the response was they didn’t see I confirmed the order. And they never called me to inquire. Seems like they are not interested in doing business.
