We got a to go order and the girl that took our order we had to keep repeating it. She also barely put custard in any of the cups. When she was told about it she added a little bit have us back everything melted. Worse visit ever. 5/17/26 I see why Rita's are closing can't find good help
The teenage girls they have working there are disgustingly rude. Ordered online they didn’t say a word to me tossed my melted gelatis out the window at me and stared at me blankly. I was being nothing but kind. I’m sure there’s some nicer kids you could hire to work here because those ones aren’t it I would’ve been fired if I acted like that at my first job.
