The last 3 times this summer that I have tried coming here: 1. Closed during working hours 2. Closed during working hours 3. “The blender is down” edit: reading other reviews seems like the blender has been down for weeks hahah what a joke
Just walked up to order ice cream for my little girl and no one was at the window. Called out for service and nothing. Even tho as I was parking someone was walking away with an ice cream cone. Bad customer service
The custard was amazing 👏. My first time visiting. Refreshing, cold, and flavorful.
Soo bad, unhelpful, it’s a Friday and the one employee is hiding in the back. Multiple people in line waiting and had to knock on the screen. The blender was broken and the worker clearly did not want to be there or help. This is our second time coming here and the first time there was a sign up saying ‘back in an hr’ with no start time and did not come back. Terrible service!!!
Open sign on, no one was there. Consistent poor service here. Wish there was another location close by with better staff and ownership Update 7/3 No response I sent an email. No point in adding a email to reach out to if you aren’t going to respond in a timely manner.
