I I want after work to get water ice and pretzels. I asked the girl who was working if the pretzels were still soft and she replied yes so I bought five pretzels. I brought them home for my Family. The pretzels were not soft at all ! And this was not the first time that they sold me hard pretzels . So that’s why I asked if they were still soft in the beginning, . so just don’t buy their pretzels there. !.

Verrryyyy RUDE girl at the windows today. Usually we love this Rita's but when asked for a small.sample of Strawberry custard.. NOT A CUP OR SPOONFUL worth... A Tiny sample... The one girl was grabbing a spoon and was literally cut off by the another girl..saying No. Im sorry Custard is really expensive right now. So we no longer do that!!! Huh.. what?? A tiny spoon sample is really gonna throw Rita's off the edge?. The whole interaction was awkward, rude and disrespectful. Not 1 other person in line an we couldn't taste it?... read more
