I have to say, a few weeks ago i had to complain about the portioning, at that point it was frustrating having to deal with that. But I have to say. I have to Thanks the manager for speaking to me and explain some of the details to me. She was very kind, and she wanted to make sure my partner and I have always a great and positive experience since we visit this place 3-4 tines a week. Bf and I visit this location 3-4 times a week, we always get large hand-scooped Ice cream. The portions are ALWAYS different. It’s frustrating that im paying for large one and one will be looking one and the other one 1/2 way full. Like come on. They seriously should have a better training and get everyone on the same boat.
