I’ve come to this Rita’s all my life and have absolutely loved it - but whoever has been on drive through taking orders recently has been so rude and condescending. As a hospitality worker myself, they need reprimanding. On 6/26/26 around 8:30 pm - My husband asked for a small gelati with red ice (he didn’t know there were multiple flavors) and instead of asking what flavor he wanted, she proceeded to call him a woman and say “ma’am, we have a lot of reds, I don’t know what “the red ice” is suppose to mean.
