I went to Ritas with grandson. They were closed and opened at 11Am. I waited the 30 minutes and was greeted by a woman named Terry. I was under impression that she was owner, because she was so nice, so professional. She made us a Sundae. My impression is that she is the face of the brand. This company must be blessed by having her as an employee because I do not see customer service like this as I wish I could in other establishments, even beyond other ice cream parlors, creameries or companies.
