Good customer service
I went there and had no idea what I wanted and the girl behind the counter was so patient with me. Her name was Desiree.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a ritas in my entire life. Servers were all young and very rude, and laughing at customers. Then went to go talk, trash behind the wall and laugh even more . I asked for the manager on duty. The manager also had a rude response. If you have the gas or availability or time to travel to any other Rita’s, I would strongly recommend. Do not even spend your money here. Rude customer service with even router management. Everyone looks like they’re under the age of 18.
They are open but no one is at the window to serve. Had to call the store to get them to serve us.
