It is WILD to me that you would continue a LARGE DoorDash order when no door dasher is there waiting and ignore a customer in your store. No apology either, just making five 5 layer gelatis for someone that isn’t even there while we wait. We love Rita’s but the customer service is LACKING.
I absolutely love this place!! I live far away from it but every time i go up i bring a cooler and stock up! The staff is amazing and very friendly and the place is always clean.
I asked for a wild cherry & vanilla custard blend. They made a chocolate & cherry blend but insisted it was vanilla/cherry. It was not! There were a lot of people waiting, so I didn’t argue just bought the blend & left. Make sure you watch when they make your drinks. They are unreliable & will not fix a mistake, if they make one. Service was slow & questionable.
