Love Rita’s. Great flavors of the ices and always adding new and unique ones. Also the custard is delicious my favorite is the cake batter flavor.

If i could give 0 stars, i would... only reason for giving 1 is because of the boy & girl that were working were helpful & very understanding with my frustration & very nice. Went here on Saturday around 6pm.. because what italian ice shop is not opened on a Saturday evening during the summer?... THIS PLACE! crazy, they open after 9 at night. What an absolute travesty that this place has these ridiculous hours. What are they open on Saturdays after Sundown so that they can cater to a specific demographic. Never in the history of business as a store opened at 9:35 p.m. and stays open until midnight for not even two and a half hours of availability. This is the problem with jackson. Nice hot summer August day and we can't even get an Italian ice to cool off. Shame shame shame.

Custard was delicious but the staff were unfriendly and just quite rude. Young adults that clearly need more training in customer service.
