I just want to shout out the service tonight. Specially the customer service from Serphinia. My son has special needs and is non verbal. As its usually a guessing game of picking ice cream or waterice. I mention to my son that we will get his ice cream and if he doesn't like it. I will just buy him a waterice and trash the ice cream. However Serphinia let me know if it's not the one he wanted, she would happily swap it out.
