It’s the perfect combo of rich custard and fruity ice, and I crave it constantly. The staff is always friendly and fast, and the whole experience is just fun. If you haven’t tried a gelati yet, don’t wait—you’re seriously missing out! Rita’s is a summer favorite that never disappoints.
Great place with delicious dessert! Staff were very nice and helpful. They greeted every customer as they came in, even though most people were rude and didn't even say hello back. Thanks so much!
UPDATE: Have gone there twice since the last two times we had issues. Each of our two recent visits we were greeted as we walked in, the girls were friendly and very helpful. A definite improvement over the issues we had previously. Thank you! Our typical time to arrive is between 8:30 and 8:45 pm. I believe you are open until 9:00 according to your sign. Better selection, better service, better prices—overall a great place to visit! I've been here a few times now, and the variety of both non-dairy and dairy options is a real treat. Definitely going again!!!
Our typical time to arrive is between 8:30 and 8:45 pm. I believe you are open until 9:00 according to your sign. Each of the last two times we are met with disgusted looks as if to say...we are practically closed. Last night one employee headed out for the night just as we arrived at 8:40...loaded up with treats for herself and whoever was picking her up.
