Had a wonderful experience today at Rita’s in Flanders. Elizabeth was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. She greeted everyone with a smile and made the visit even more enjoyable. The Italian ice was delicious, and the shop was clean and well maintained. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Elizabeth certainly delivered. I’ll definitely be back!

Damn this is better than all the Allentown pa rita ice. The custard is thick and rich. The ice taste fresh. Not watered down. Thanks for the delicious and fresh Gelati.
Little girl Bailey is super rude… only cared to tend to her friends . Edit : how is my review false if I was there ??? She was rude to me when I simply ordered ?? She seemed annoyed to be working in general.. rushed me out got it wrong (and asked her coworker to do all the work half way) , but when her friends came in and offered her food/drinks and gave it to her over the counter which is not sanitary she switched up and was super nice (that’s how I got her name in the first place)… just check your cameras.. you’re also “su... read more
The owner got nasty and annoyed at me and my kids that were excited for over priced ice cream on Father’s Day . Trust me, they were fine. He’s the only one with the problem and now he will one less customer in the future. Das is just fine with me
