Food is good but how you going to not accept cash anymore? Not happy to use a card when I have cash (legal tender) handy. Pretty sure that is against the law to refuse to accept cash too. Edit to reaponse: I had cash and your employee did not offer to get a manager. I even said "I think thats illegal" and she never offered a solution other than waiting for us to take a card out to pay. I'll try that next time.
Had a wonderful experience today at Rita’s in Flanders. Elizabeth was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. She greeted everyone with a smile and made the visit even more enjoyable. The Italian ice was delicious, and the shop was clean and well maintained. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Elizabeth certainly delivered. I’ll definitely be back!
