So…… I never tried this place before and was in a “tryful” mood. Super disappointed. Paid $3.99 for a smushed flat “ chocolate chip cookie sandwich” (the name of the item to watch out for) that was frost bite and came out the bag basically disassembled. I asked for a different one because that one was just a mess. They acted like they didn’t understand English, eventually they gave me another one which was nice but unfortunately that item was the exact same as the first. Staff had a ridiculous sign about all sales final she if they make your test with, they will do nothing to alleviate the problem
My first time there to this particular location and customer service was great and patient as well as my custard.
It smells rancid in there. Change the mop water. And schedule 2 people. The girl was struggling all alone.
