My first time there to this particular location and customer service was great and patient as well as my custard.
It smells rancid in there. Change the mop water. And schedule 2 people. The girl was struggling all alone.
love me some rita's they have young employees that's always nice
Was really not trying to be that person but why would you have sugar free flavor on the menu if not available. Very disappointed and the wait for it would’ve been 10 minutes. I understand it may not be popular but next time dont be so quick to charge me without being aware that you are out and then have a no refund policy.
