A MUST in the area! Every time I've been no matter what time during open hours the staff have always been friendly, will wash hands due to allergies, and move the line fairly fast. Good selection of flavors and items on the menu; Both the custard and ice have always been hits for me. Would recommend to anyone in the area with a sweet tooth!
Owner (older white woman) gives weird looks and unfriendly vibes when using corporate free item coupons—makes you feel unwelcome despite earning them from prior poor service. Staff seem influenced by her attitude, acting “special” too. Perception matters; not desperate enough to return. Mature up, please.
First time at this location. I don't know if this is their normal here but, ours was watered down and chunky.
