I attempted to use my gift card, I had put $15 on it a week prior, but I was told that I owed money for my order. It was supposed to have $22 on it, of course using the card at a previous visit was an issue also. I was having a bad day and I was so upset. I am sorry for being emotional, but I put the card on the counter and walked away as my sister paid. I like Rita products but don’t trust going back.
