First time ever coming to this Rita's, and I came in with great expectations. The ice cream was delicious, but unfortunately the service ruined the experience. The girl with glasses who helped me was rude. While I was still looking at the menu and deciding, she kept asking if I knew what I wanted, making me feel rushed. I got a large frozen vanilla custard with rainbow sprinkles with my friend and it was the most delicious dessert. I enjoyed every bite. This custard is much more delicious and filling than Mr. Softee, a treat I usually enjoy. But now that I’ve been introduced to this, I will certainly be coming back for more. The staff was very nice as well. I highly recommend!

I feel bad that there is only one person working at that place. This is NOT fair at all! Goodness forbid a machine goes wrong and there is no back up employee to help the person out. This violates work enviroment! There should be at least 2 or 3 people working not one person alone to do all the work by themselves! This is a safety concern and something needs to be done about it!
