Best water ice in Philly
First time here and customer service is awesome!!
Never ever again with this location, they did not barely put any hot fudge on the ice cream as asked. Took it back and the girl kept arguing back and fourth how it is “melted” and they can’t take it back…… My husband ended up paying for another ice cream because he did not want to keep going back and fourth with them and he should have never had to do that in the first place if it was made properly. Yall need to train these teenagers better here, lost a 7 year customer for life.

Grew up by this Rita's and they've always served the best water ice and ice cream. It's super nostalgic getting a water ice in their iconic Rita's branded cups! Cotton candy water ice is easily the best flavor.
